Plan your entire presentation before opening PowerPoint. Add slides, choose layouts, write bullet points and speaker notes, then export a complete text outline to paste in.
Add slides, give each a title, choose a layout type, and add bullet points. Click "Export Outline" to get a formatted text you can copy-paste into PowerPoint's Outline view.
Title Slide is for the opening slide. Title & Content is the most common layout. Two Column splits content left/right. Blank is for image-only slides. Section Header divides topics.
Follow the rule of 6: max 6 bullets per slide, 6 words per bullet. Use the speaker notes field for details you'll say out loud but don't want on the slide.
Copy the exported outline. In PowerPoint, go to View β Outline. Paste the text there β PowerPoint will create slides automatically from the heading structure.
